Ealing - Branch 4
 |
| Ealing Branch - circa 1974 |
The Ealing branch of Job's Dairy situated in Leighton Road was originally founded in 1920. For the first 10 years of it's existence the branch used to do it's own pasteurizing and bottling.

Ealing was always a relatively small branch and space inside the depot was at a premium, especially when the milk arrived on the main line vehicles from the plant, or when electric vehicle maintenance were present for routine servicing of the milk floats.
Until the acquisition of The Royal Dairy at Tooting, Ealing was the only Job's branch with a London postcode. |
After an early start and up to 600 calls around the streets of West Ealing, the close proximity to the branch of The Foresters Arms made a welcome retreat for many a roundsman before heading off home for the day.
The Foresters Arms was also the venue for several functions organised by the vibrant and thriving social club which existed because of the close community spirit among those who worked at Ealing branch.
